Commercial licensing terms, permitted deployment scope, and source code rights for Vector Vesper components.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms herein, purchasing a Vector Vesper Pro subscription or Founding membership grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate, modify, and deploy our components across unlimited commercial and personal applications.

Open-source core components labeled as free are released under permissive terms and may be utilized without subscription or registration. Access to the Pro catalog and Pixel Library requires an active Pro subscription or Founding membership.

Permitted Usage

  • Deploy components in unlimited commercial client deliverables, SaaS products, web applications, and internal tools.
  • Modify, adapt, and extend the underlying TypeScript, GLSL shader code, and Three.js materials to meet specific project requirements.
  • Production deployment without attribution: no public credits, badges, or brand marks are required in customer-facing applications.
  • Incorporate components into private repositories or proprietary software distributions.
  • Retain all previously installed components permanently in your codebase upon subscription termination.

Restricted Usage

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the components as standalone libraries, UI kits, design system templates, or developer assets.
  • Integrate components into competing commercial template marketplaces or developer toolkits.
  • Assert copyright ownership, original authorship, or intellectual property rights over unmodified Vector Vesper source code.
  • Distribute raw, uncompiled Pro component source code into public, open-source repositories.
  • Hold Vector Vesper liable for damages, consequential losses, or operational issues arising from software integration.

Source Code Headers

Components are delivered as uncompiled TypeScript and GLSL source files. The copyright notice and license identifier in source file headers must remain intact within your internal development files.
