What we provide

Vector Vesper is a library of React motion components. Some are free to anyone. The rest require a paid membership, and are delivered as source code through our command-line tool — meaning the code is copied into your own project and stays there.

Your account

• Use a real email address. It is how we identify your purchase, and losing access to it can cost you access to your membership.
• Your CLI tokens are yours alone. Anyone holding one can download paid components as you, so treat them like passwords and revoke any you no longer use.
• One account is for one person or one organisation. Sharing credentials so that others can obtain paid components is not permitted.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you may do with the components

Broadly: build whatever you like. A paid membership grants a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the components in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, and to modify the source however you need. No attribution is required. The full terms are on the licence page, and they govern where they are more specific than this.

What you may not do:

• Repackage, redistribute or resell the components as standalone assets, libraries or UI kits.
• Use them to build a product that competes with Vector Vesper.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original, unmodified source.
• Share paid source with people who have not bought access.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They handle the transaction, the invoice and any applicable tax; we never see your card details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Founding membership is a single payment for lifetime access. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.
• Prices can change, but never for a period you have already paid for.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because paid components are delivered as source code, receiving them cannot be undone — so we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. Every component has a live preview and full documentation before you buy. The refund policy has the detail.

What happens if you stop paying

You keep what you already installed. The CLI copies source into your project, so nothing is reached into or removed, and projects you have shipped keep working. What lapses is access to download further components and to receive updates.

Availability

We work to keep the site and the download service running, but we do not promise any particular level of uptime. Free components remain available on our public registry independently of this site.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms — most obviously by redistributing paid source. Where a breach is accidental and fixable, we will say so before acting.

Warranties and liability

The components are provided as they are. We have tested them, we document their behaviour honestly, and we correct defects we find — but we cannot guarantee they fit every use, every browser or every device.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to Vector Vesper is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and continued use afterwards means you accept the update.
