Services and Software Provisioning

Vector Vesper provides React motion components, shaders, and an integrated animation runtime. Open-source components are distributed publicly. Pro components require an active subscription or perpetual license and are provisioned as raw source files directly into user codebases via the Vector Vesper CLI.

Account Security and Token Management

• Valid email addresses are required for account creation, license authentication, and entitlement recovery.
• CLI access tokens act as API credentials for package distribution. Tokens must be kept confidential and should be revoked immediately through the dashboard if compromised.
• Accounts are provisioned on a per-developer or per-organization seat basis. Sharing authentication tokens or credentials to circumvent licensing tiers is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all registry requests and activities executed using your account credentials.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

Subject to active subscription status or Founding license ownership, Vector Vesper grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to integrate, adapt, and deploy components across unlimited personal, commercial, and client software projects without attribution. Formal licensing terms are detailed on the licence page, which governs in the event of any conflict.

Prohibited Activities:

• Redistributing, sublicensing, or packaging components as standalone libraries, UI kits, design system templates, or developer assets.
• Incorporating components into competing developer component marketplaces or code distribution registries.
• Claiming original authorship, copyright ownership, or patent rights over unmodified Vector Vesper source code.
• Distributing Pro source files to unlicensed third parties outside of compiled application bundles.

Billing and Payment Processing

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They handle the transaction, tax calculation, currency conversion, and invoicing; our servers never receive or store cardholder data.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current pre-paid period.
• Founding membership is a single payment for lifetime access with no recurring charges.
• Price adjustments apply solely to future billing cycles and do not affect previously paid terms.

Digital Goods and Final Sale

All sales are final. Because paid components are provisioned directly as local source files, access cannot be revoked once granted. Every component includes full documentation, interactive demos, and TypeScript prop definitions prior to purchase. Detailed terms are available in our refund policy.

Subscription Expiration and Source Retention

Installed Code Retention: Because the CLI scaffolds source files directly into your repository, existing project codebases and production deployments remain fully functional after subscription termination. Upon expiration, access to new registry releases, package updates, and component downloads is discontinued.

Service Level and Registry Availability

Vector Vesper provides the registry service without guaranteed service-level agreements (SLAs) or uptime warranties. Free components remain accessible through public mirrors and npm independently of web portal availability.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access tokens and accounts found in material breach of licensing terms, specifically unauthorized public redistribution of Pro source code.

Warranty Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Software and components are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While components are tested across reference browsers, we do not warrant defect-free operation across all hardware configurations or execution environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claims relating to Vector Vesper is limited to the amount paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, loss of data, or indirect damages.

Nothing herein excludes non-waivable statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect infrastructure changes, new features, or legal requirements. The revision date at the top of this page indicates the effective date of the current terms.
