Digital Goods and Final Sale Policy

Vector Vesper components are delivered as uncompiled, locally hosted source code through the CLI and customer portal. Because digital source code cannot be retracted once access tokens or downloads have been provisioned, all sales of Pro subscriptions and Founding lifetime licenses are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies uniformly across all recurring subscription plans and one-time lifetime tier purchases.

Pre-Purchase Evaluation

We provide comprehensive inspection surfaces prior to purchase to ensure compatibility with your stack:

• Inspect live interactive component demos, viewport responsiveness, and typed prop specifications in the component gallery.
• Consult the FAQ for technical architecture, runtime guarantees, and licensing scope.
• Evaluate the open-source tier. Free components utilize the identical CLI pipeline and @vectorvesper/motion runtime engine as Pro tier assets without requiring credit card registration.
• Contact support@vectorvesper.dev with architectural, compatibility, or integration questions prior to completing a purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the account dashboard. Cancellation terminates future renewal charges while preserving Pro catalog access through the conclusion of the active paid billing cycle.

Components installed prior to subscription termination remain permanently in your repository. The CLI copies source code locally; no components are altered or removed upon membership expiration.

Defect Resolution and Technical Support

If a component exhibits functional defects or fails to conform to published API specifications, submit a bug report to support@vectorvesper.dev. Confirmed runtime defects are prioritized, patched, and distributed as updates via the CLI registry.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Mandatory consumer protection statutory rights that cannot be contractually excluded under applicable local jurisdiction remain unaffected by this policy. For inquiries regarding statutory rights, contact support@vectorvesper.dev.
