Refund Policy

All sales are final

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once you have received access to the component files. Paid components are delivered as source code, copied directly into your project — once that has happened it cannot be returned or taken back.

This applies to both memberships and founding lifetime purchases.

Before you buy

We would much rather you were sure. Everything is available to inspect first:

• Review all component previews and demos in the gallery — every paid component has a live, interactive preview and a full props table before purchase.
• Read the FAQ.
• Try the free tier. It needs no payment and no card, and it uses the same CLI and the same runtime as the paid components.
• Email support@vectorvesper.dev with any question before buying. We would rather answer ten questions than take a payment you regret.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling is not a refund, and you can do it whenever you like from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Components you have already installed stay in your projects permanently — the CLI copies source into your codebase, so nothing is removed when a membership ends.

If something is broken

A refund is not the only remedy. If a component does not do what its documentation says, tell us — we will fix it. That is a defect on our side, and the fix reaches you at no cost.

Your statutory rights

Some countries give consumers rights that cannot be signed away, including in relation to digital goods. Nothing in this policy removes them. If you believe you have such a right, write to us and we will deal with it properly.
